This Course Guide will help HDF247 Preschool Child Development students complete their final research project.

Welcome to your Preschool Child Development library website.

You are tasked with finding a minimum of three scholarly journal articles, preferably peer-reviewed, that pertain to your topic related to the development of children, 3-6 years old.     (Remember to get approval from Dr. Hendricks after you figure out your topic.)
  2. Understand what a scholarly and/or peer-reviewed source is - and why using good sources matters.
  3. Get peer-reviewed articles and more in CCC Library's one-stop search tool.
  4. Need more? Get articles using HDF-specific databases.
  5. HDF database searching tips and tricks.
  6. Dr. Hendricks' recommended ECE organizations + websites.
  7. Cite sources & format your paper in APA7.
