Here are two templates to help you collect citations and organize notes about your sources. Use these to:

identify the themes written about in your articles
see how different authors’ ideas relate to other authors’ ideas
identify which sources you cited and why

"Article Matrix" template
Google Doc version. Make a copy, or download and edit this Google doc article matrix. It is useful for organizing and comparing researchers' ideas, research, and citations. Last updated Feb. 2021.
