  • Free: No tuition, no fees, no textbook!
  • Online: No classroom hours! Learning, assignments, quizzes all take place online through Moodle.
  • Credit: 1 college credit counts toward graduation in any program or certificate and transfer degrees! 1 credit is about 3 hours of work per week.
  • College success: Learn the skills you need to complete research in any class.
  • Help: Your instructor will work with you one-on-one when you need it.
    • Your instructor is a CCC librarian and available to you through Moodle, email, phone, or in-person on campus.
    • 24/7 Help is available 24/7 through the library's live chat feature!
  • Every term: We typically offer an on-time and late-start section each term. Course is 9 weeks long. Check the schedule of classes or contact us for term-specific information.
  • Financial aid: LIB101 counts towards your total course load to qualify you for financial aid.
  • No prerequisites: If you are unsure whether you are ready for LIB-101, contact us and let's chat. :-)
