Support our AAPI Community

CCC Library stands in support and solidarity with our AAPI friends, family, and neighbors.

Stop AAPI Hate logo.On Tuesday, March 16th, 2021, eight people were murdered in Atlanta, GA, by a white supremacist. Six of the victims were of Asian descent; seven were women. Many were immigrants. All were loved.

Our community must confront white supremacy and misogyny head on.

  • Engage with local and national AAPI-led organizations (see below).
  • Educate yourself. Oregon has a history of anti-Asian bias and atrocities.
  • Follow the hashtags #stopasianhate and #stopaapihate
  • Give supportive words or time or money.
