Indent 1st line of paragraphs 1/2" from the left margin.
Align text (except title) to the left.
Double space your text.
Use an easily readable font (like Times New Roman) between sizes 11-13 (unless your instructor specifies a different font or size).
Include a header in the upper-right hand corner that includes your last name followed by a space then page number.
The upper left hand corner of the first page should include (double spaced):
DD Month YYYY
The title should be centered on the page, one line above the first paragraph of your paper. Do not bold, italicize, underline, or place in quotation marks.
MLA papers do not have title pages.
