This guide is your one-stop shop to learn about and access resources, services, and help that is designed for ESOL and PIE students. CCC Library is located in the Dye Learning Center on the Oregon City Campus.

  • ESOL is an acronym that stands for English for Speakers of Other Languages.
  • PIE is an acronym that stands for Program for Intensive English.
  • Course Reserves are free, short term loans of textbooks and other course materials used in your ESOL classes.
  • Leveled Readers are print and electronic books that help build reading skills for individuals new to reading English.
  • Young Adult books are print books that are written at levels beyond the Leveled Reader collection.
  • ESOL Newspapers are print and online newspapers written for individuals new to reading English.
  • Streaming video databases contain videos on subjects related to college classes. Most videos have subtitles and transcripts.
  • Scanning, copying, and computer use is available for free at CCC Library.
  • Academic tutoring offers writing, math, and science tutoring, and much more. Located within CCC Library in the Dye Learning Center.
