Getting help from your librarians

Research is challenging - librarians can help you navigate the tools, language, and paywalls of academic research. Asking questions will save you time! Whatever your preferred method of doing so, we are ready to help you.

Chat

  • Use our 24/7 online chat service to get help from librarians immediately, anytime.
  • You may be chatting with a CCC Librarian or you may be chatting with a librarian from a different college; you are chatting with a real human librarian, not an AI bot!
  • CCC Librarians will follow up with you next business day, if needed.

Appointment

  • Sign up for a Zoom or in-person appointment with a CCC Librarian.
  • Meet 1-on-1 or as a group, either via Zoom or in-person in the Dye Learning Center.
  • Appointments can be scheduled 24 or more hours in advance.
  • Appointments are 30 minutes long and can be extended.
