As you're developing your sabbatical application, feel free to include this statement in your proposal:
I have consulted with the CCC Librarian team regarding their capacity to provide me with research assistance during my sabbatical. As needed, I will make [online, phone, email, F2F] research appointments with the librarian team via their appointment request form. As a member of the CCC community, I have access to free resources from 38 Orbis Cascade Alliance libraries, and I plan to make use of Summit lending and borrowing.
